Had scheduled a different plumber to come out this morning for a leak under my house. Thus morning, they reached out to say they needed to reschedule. Fortunately, Rockwater had same day availability and the gentleman came out earlier than expected. Very courteous, spent a lot of time on the phone with my home warranty company, and made sure I understood the issue. 10/10, would recommend.

I have used Rockwater twice in the last six months. A water heater install in a difficult spot last summer and just today a clog under the house. The entire operation is very well run. They say what they’re going to do and they do it with courtesy and professionalism. Both Jace last summer and today Kory very hard workers, polite and respectful of our property and home. Natalie in the office is great to work with as well. I won’t call anyone else.

I called them to take care of a leak at my mother's house, and they promptly scheduled the appointment, providing a text message stating when they would arrive. Their plumber, Kory, did a wonderful job and was very kind to my mother. Their pricing is fair, and their work is impeccable.

Rockwater Plumbing came out for a scheduled appointment today to review and repair a constantly leaking shower head. The plumber, Kory Lopez, was very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of the cause of the leak. He gave us an estimate for the fix for the issue, and he provided us with estimates for additional preventative options to consider. We elected to have Kory fix the problem and he went to get the parts, returned promptly, and accomplished the fix. He explained everything to us and walked us through each step as he accomplished the repair. We are very satisfied with the repair and especially Kory's engagement with us as he made the repairs. Well done!

Projects: Repiping of Sewer and Coldwater Lines

My wife and I have lived in Burleson since 2020 and have always had plumbing issues. Our home was built in 1964, and to no surprise, we had deteriorated cast iron and copper pipes. In total, we've had 6 plumbing companies come to our property to look into our issue, and 5 of those companies either charged an arm and a leg, or simply wanted to Band-Aid the issue.

Rockwater Plumbing was the 6th company on our list for quotes. Jace came to our home and was able to diagnose the problem in about 30 minutes. EVERY plumber we contacted determined it was a sewer line issue, which was only partially the accurate. The issue was actually a break in the cold waterline. (picture attached after it was dug up)

Since we have a 2 year old daughter in the house, we were desperate to get the issue resolved quick - and with the holiday's right around the corner, we already knew finances would be tight. However, to our surprise Rockwater's quote came out 20% lower than all of the other inquires. It was a no brainer. We went with Rockwater plumbing for an complete repiping of our sewer line, going from cast iron to PVC. (Jace kindly repaired the leak at no additional charge since the dirt was already excavated.)

The work itself took about a week since we had large roots underneath our slab. Also, being an older Burleson home - there were a few snags during the project, which was really no ones fault. The team was able to resolve the problems creatively, quickly and safely.

The sewer line project went so smooth, I went ahead and did the repiping of the cold waterline as well since the hole was already dug up.

Overall, I would 100% recommend doing business with this company. The plumbers were incredibly personable, being able to explain issues with tact and discuss things with understanding and empathy. Jace even went out of his way to bring my daughter a lollipop for her birthday. Truly a pleasure doing business with everyone in this company. Even had the opportunity to call the owner and praise his group. If I ever need preventative maintenance on this new plumbing system, I'll definitely be going with Rockwater again.

Sam Hughes is an outstanding representative of this company. In all of our dealings with them, they have been responsive, polite, professional, and fair in price. Sam, in particular, responded on two occasions on two different days. Each time very quickly. He was informative as to what he was addressing.
